United Way To Kick Off 2006 Annual Campaign September 5 Fairbanks, AK (September 5, 2006) United Way of the Tanana Valley will kick off its annual Campaign on Tuesday, September 5, at noon during the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce General Membership Luncheon at the Westmark Hotel. Billie Blanchard, President and CEO of MAC Federal Credit Union, and Jack Wilbur, President of Design Alaska, co-chairs of the 2006 campaign, will be the featured guest speakers. The event is open to the public. United Way of the Tanana Valley is a nonprofit agency that provides funding to 23 health and human care member agencies through community donations.
