United Way To Kick Off 2007 Annual Campaign September 11 Fairbanks, AK (September 11, 2007) United Way of the Tanana Valley will kick off its annual Campaign on Tuesday, September 11, at noon during the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce General Membership Luncheon at the Westmark Hotel. Jay Quakenbush, Assistant Business Manager, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1547 will chair the 2007 campaign, he will be the featured guest speaker. The event is open to the public. United Way of the Tanana Valley is a nonprofit agency that provides funding to 23 health and human care member agencies through community donations.
